Mr. Sudhir Kumar Banthiya is a seasoned corporate law practitioner, Fellow Company Secretary (FCS), and legal advisor with over twenty years of distinguished practice in corporate governance, capital market issuances, and statutory securities compliances. He holds formal qualifications in Bachelor of Commerce with Honours [B.Com (H)], Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), and Diploma in Financial Management (DFM).
In 2021, Mr. Banthiya was elected and served as the Chairman of the Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC) of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
